KEEPING YOU INFORMED

After placing an order with us, we will confirm the dispatch date via email and then provide you a link to track the delivery of your purchases.

DELIVERY*

Delivery may vary according to the item/items ordered. Your order will be delivered during normal working days between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Our delivery policy is to be read in conjunction with the policies of the courier company.

Our usual delivery time is no longer than 10 days for orders within New Zealand.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the delivery address at the time of the delivery.

DELAYS

If there is a delay in the delivery of your purchased items, we will inform you as soon as we discover the delay. If we can’t deliver your products at the specified number of days from the order date, we will cancel your order upon your request & organize a full refund of your purchase price.

Errors and omissions excluded.  if a parcel has to be re-delivered because the customer is not available to accept the goods, S4spice NZ Ltd is charged for each additional attempt. This additional cost in freight will be invoiced to you on a separate invoice for freight. Please ensure you / your customer will be available to accept the goods between 8:30am and 5:00pm on the day of delivery to avoid this charge. Although every care is taken by S4Spice NZ Ltd to ensure accurate delivery to your Customer, we do not accept liability for losses occurring at point of delivery. Notwithstanding this, where it is proven that the goods have been short supplied, lost or damaged in transit, S4spice NZ Ltd will replace the goods provided we are notified within 48 hours and subsequently validated by S4Spice NZ LTD. If you are shipping your order to a NZ Post PO BOX or PARCEL LOCKER service, the responsibility for these goods is transferred to NZ Post the moment the goods are signed for or accepted by NZ Post. S4spice NZ Ltd accepts no responsibility for missing / lost goods where the recipient has an Authority to Leave (ATL) agreement / Barcode Signature setup with the delivering transport company and the goods are shown to have been delivered.
